141 Gomes is an exclusive development in central Lisbon, home to 15 prestigious apartments within a meticulously restored XVIII-century building in Campo Mártires da Pátria.

Legera’s managing partner, Tim Ternmyr commissioned this set of watercolors, aiming at capturing the essence of this property, as well as showcasing a few surrounding features of the city. The focus of each watercolor was the lifestyle and atmosphere that 141 Gomes will provide to its dwellers.

The property’s brochure was craftily designed by Losh Studio, and includes a few of the watercolor pieces on its pages. Some of the originals will be on display when works on the property are finished.
