A selection of the illustrations I did for the masterplan for Longcross South, developed by Broadway Malyan
These showcase the creation of a new village in Surrey which will include 1,700 new homes and a village center comprising a school, health center, local shops, cafes and community facilities.
The proposals embrace Garden Village principles with a major focus on health, wellbeing and place making and include more than 40% green infrastructure including the retention of mature woodland throughout the scheme.
