Quick diagrams and illustrations for The Learning Centre, a research project developed at Broadway Malyan Shanghai studio. The project focused on innovative approach on how best to repurpose obsolete or partially abandoned shopping centre buildings in major global cities, and convert them into multifunctional facilities that can serve as community education, cultural and incubation hubs.
