Step by Step is the seventh class in the year-long Urban Sketchers 10×10 Lisbon.

Together with instructor Pedro Loureiro, you will master a few basic composition tools, to start your sketches fearlessly. A sketch is a simplification of the visual reality, and it is, by definition, simple – provided we approach it with the right mindset. Sketching an urban landscape can seem overwhelming at first, so why not approach it step by step, and have some fun with it?

Step by Step will take place at the Escadinhas do Duque, on the hill right behind Rossio train station, in Lisbon.

Fees:

• Single class – 30 eur, students 20 eur

• Two classes – 50 eur, students 30 eur

• Three classes – 75 eur, students 45 eur

• Four classes – 100 eur, students 60 eur

• Entire course – 220 eur, students 140 eur

Com o formador Pedro Loureiro, iremos domar algumas ferramentas mentais de composição, para arrancarmos um desenho sem medo. Um desenho é uma simplificação da realidade visual, e é, por definição, simples – desde que abordado com o estado mental apropriado. Desenhar uma paisagem urbana pode ser avassalador a princípio, então porque não abordá-la passo a passo, e divertirmo-nos com o processo?
